Pro’s and Con’s for UR Bonners

Pro’s: Tumblr is a great tool for reflecting both in long and short-form. In addition, given the flexibility of making your tumblelog public or private, this platform gives students needed privacy. Finally, Tumblr is available as an app for iPhone iOS and Android, making for short-form blogging simple. (Note: if blogging for a Bonner Scholar program requirement, please make sure BSP staff members about setting up a password).

Con’s: Tumblr is not integrated into your university Google account, requiring you to set up a separate Tumblr account.

Pro’s: WordPress is the same platform the Bonner office uses for its blog. It’s a great tool for staying up to date on the latest Bonner information. It also allows you greater flexibility than Tumblr and/or Blogger.
